Ana María echeverri

She is dedicated to the attention of regulatory matters of telecommunications and electronic commerce, the relationship with MinTic, administrative actions before the National Spectrum Agency ANE, and specific issues related to television, internet, streaming, applications, telephony and mobile phones.

She worked in our firm for 8 years and then as Legal Manager for Colombia at Claro, where she was in charge of Competition Law and Consumer Protection issues in telecommunications for more than 5 years, as well as compliance with the obligations related to the electromagnetic spectrum.

Lawyer from the Gran Colombia University in Armenia. Master’s degree in Law from the Externado University of Colombia and a specialization in Procedural Law from the same university.
