For five years, she worked at the Colombian Competition Authority (SIC). She has lectured in Competition, Consumer Protection and Copyright at Universidad de Caldas, Universidad del Norte de Barranquilla and CESA. Currently, she contributes to national and international publications. Claudia joined the firm in 2006. She has a Master in Law (LL.M) from American University –Washington College of Law and specialization diploma in IP from the same university. During its career as a professional he has worked as a legal assistant and later as a junior associate for legal firms in Venezuela providing support in the area of litigation. In Colombia, he has worked for legal firms as a legal assistant in charge of monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings.
