Partner and Director since 2006. She has a JD from Universidad de Caldas, an LL.M from American University –Washington College of Law, and a specialization diploma in IP from the same university. She also has graduate degrees in Commercial Law from Universidad de Caldas, and in Corporate Law from Universidad Javeriana.

She served as Advisor to the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce in Competition Law. She has over 26 years of experience in Competition and Consumer Protection Law,IP, Advertising and Consumer Protection Law, e-commerce, and commercial Law.
